Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote and some travel to either West Point, PA or Upper Gwynedd, PA

Duration: 8 months+ contract

Notes

Change Management Analyst with expertise in change management, user adoption, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement for a Real-World Data (RWD) Platform.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with pharma organization and a deep understanding of real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data initiatives.

This role will focus on driving user engagement, adoption, and organizational alignment while managing communications, training, and awareness campaigns.

The candidate should be able to develop strategic presentations for leadership, design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, extract user usage reports from Excel/Power BI, drive deep platform adoption efforts, understand barriers and promote new ways of working aligned with enterprise, supplement program’s training needs via user training development and delivery efforts and collaborate across various teams.
