We are seeking an accomplished leader to join us in a leading role within the Digital Transformation sector to lead the strategic and operational direction of our Artificial Digital Transformation business unit.

This executive role oversees a multi-disciplinary team, managing business development operations, driving innovation in digital transformation, software development, and go-to-market strategy.

The Digital Transformation Director will spearhead the evolution of our product portfolio, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless execution to support dynamic growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership for the Artificial Digital Transformation business unit, aligning technological initiatives with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
2. Design and execute robust business strategies that contribute to revenue growth.
3. Oversee all aspects of Tatweer’s services development in digital transformation, including roadmaps, licensing, pricing, and cross-functional execution.
4. Develop feasibility studies, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for major initiatives and greenfield investments.
5. Lead costing, pricing, and investment analysis for large-scale projects under direct business development.
6. Define KPIs and operational metrics to align departmental performance with enterprise objectives.
7. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team across business growth, technical, and product divisions.
8. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation through effective leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s or PhD degree in software engineering or a related field is highly recommended.
• Experience: 15+ years of proven leadership in technology, digital transformation, and software innovation, with a strong track record in scaling multi-national operations.
• Expertise: Extensive background in software development, digital ecosystems, and next-generation technologies.
