Requirement: Digital Transformation Project Manager
Job Description: Forge requires a Project Manager to become part of dynamic team supporting U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). This position will work closely with the government on this engagement and provide expert consultative services designed to help understand, model, and document business, functional, and technical integration opportunities and facilitate cross-collaboration for multiple teams and stakeholders. This role will coordinate with stakeholders and scrum teams to prioritize demands, maximize planning analysis, track progress towards meeting customers' requirements and objectives, and communicate product development schedules.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):
Plan, direct, or coordinate activities to document business and technical requirements, outcomes, user stories, and model processes.
Facilitate functional and technical calls with government customers to cover topics including requirements analysis, project status, functional solutions, tasking, risks, and actions.
Develop and keep updated functional and technical roadmaps with technical teams and functional stakeholders.
Create and main integrated master schedules spanning multiple projects and teams.
Develop briefing materials to present project status, risks, and dependencies.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by sponsoring integration opportunities across teams.
Maintain Active Security Clearance
Qualifications/Requirements:
The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
We are looking for candidates with Direct Transformational Project Management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 years of professional experience supporting Digital Transformation efforts
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or equivalent
Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology
Experience with Jira and Gitlab Software
Excellent oral and written communication
Highly Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) preferred
Active Security Clearance is preferred
