Job summary

Deloitte’s Organisation and Workforce Transformation Training Solutions team in Belfast offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work with elite clients across industries. Qualifications

• Experience in design and development of training content.
• Experience supporting training delivery on projects or programmes, either in industry or with a consultancy.
• Development of training plans and managing dependencies.
• Proficiency with digital tools for content creation (e.g., Adobe, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Understanding and experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2 or Agile).
• Interest in transformation, change management, and learning technology disruptors (e.g., Gen AI).
• Knowledge of current market conditions; excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience developing solutions, methods and tools.
• Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certified; SC (Security Check) Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content and materials.
