Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing training content.
• Experience delivering training on projects or programmes, within industry or consultancy.
• Ability to develop training plans and manage critical paths.
• Proficiency with digital content tools (Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2 or Agile).
• Interest in transformation, change management and learning technology disruptors (Gen AI, DAPs).
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for client programmes.
• Support delivery of training on projects or programmes.
• Develop training plans and manage critical paths.
• Utilize digital tools for content creation (Adobe Express, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Support PM methodologies and contribute to transformation propositions.
