Our OWT Solution business sits as part of Organisation and Workforce Transformation within our Human Capital practice – the world’s leading people and HR transformation business. The continued success of our Training and Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) team means that we are looking to grow further by recruiting specialists with experience in delivering Training and Learning services across all industries with the right skill set and attitude towards performance, growth and development. We partner with clients to deliver critical people, behavioural, and culture change essential for successful business transformations. Our expertise spans the entire transformation lifecycle, from strategic assessment and planning to comprehensive delivery support.
