Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience leading engagements and developing accounting professionals.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually as needed.
• Strong analytical, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory engagements from scoping through final delivery, overseeing objectives, staff, timelines and budgets.
• Provide practical recommendations to senior finance stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Research complex transactions and prepare client-ready technical memoranda and deliverables.
• Design and implement improvements to close, consolidation, reporting, and controls.
• Coach and develop engagement teams, support business development, and contribute to market growth.
