Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct experience in consulting focused on transformation, operations and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to map and analyze end-to-end business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership-ready summaries and presentations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping or diagramming tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders and subject-matter experts to understand complex current-state processes end-to-end.
• Facilitate process-discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, operations, technology, risk, and finance.
• Create clear current-state process maps, service blueprints, swim-lane diagrams, journey maps, and decision trees.
