Cotiviti seeks a Principal AI Process Specialist to lead enterprise-scale process improvements with a focus on AI, automation, and analytics. You will drive cross-functional transformation across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, Data Science, and more, delivering seven to eight figure impact.

Responsibilities include process discovery, documentation, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading digital transformation.
• Experience in health care or health care-adjacent companies.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with Finance and budgeting insights.
• Experience with globally distributed teams in remote environments.
• Ability to manage multiple large initiatives and evolving needs.
• Proven enterprise project delivery with executive visibility.
• Strong capability in process documentation and change management.
• Required certifications: Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact digital transformation and process improvement projects with AI, automation, and analytics, delivering seven to eight figure value.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/ML and automation solutions to optimize processes.
• Develop technical process documentation, including flows, RACI, SOPs, and design artifacts.
• Assess organizational readiness and execute change management for new tech adoption.
• Engage stakeholders with impact assessments, training needs, and communications plans.
• Conduct process discovery using process mining, value stream mapping, and interviews.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align scope, timelines, and handoffs.
• Provide executive updates on ROI, feasibility, readiness, and adoption metrics.
