Iron Mountain is seeking a Transformation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join its Digital Business Unit Delivery Transformation & Innovation team in a hybrid Dallas area role. Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives modernizing global service delivery and champion Generative AI adoption and intelligent automation to improve productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, or strategy consulting.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital platforms in high-volume service delivery.
- Lean Six Sigma certification and experience with BPO or IDP.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, analytics and automation to boost performance.
- Design scalable service models with standardized workflows and governance.
- Deploy intelligent automation: Generative AI, robotics, IDP.
- Drive change and adoption with cross-functional teams.
- Strengthen operational resilience with risk controls and standard work.
