Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas is seeking a high-impact Strategy and Transformation consultant to lead AI-enabled change initiatives for clients. You’ll design and deliver organizational change programs, partnering across strategy, technology, data, and design to realize measurable adoption and business value.

You will guide leadership through transformation journeys, develop adoption metrics, and coach teams to embed new operating models and AI-driven processes with rigor and impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline.
• Working understanding of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and execution for transformation workstreams.
• Run change impact assessments and translate into adoption plans, optimized with AI.
• Design/facilitate workshops for leaders and impacted teams.
• Create executive-ready communications, narratives, and enablement approaches.
• Establish change adoption KPIs; track progress and drive corrective actions.
• Coach junior team members and maintain quality standards.
• Shape organizational change management deliverables for client engagements.
• Build narratives tied to organizational change management and transformation roadmaps.
