Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Consultant for Enterprise Transformation in Irving, TX to help clients improve core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation. The role blends practical transformation with GenAI as an accelerant, identifying improvements, quantifying value, and building roadmaps for measurable outcomes.

You will work across strategy, technology, data, and design with a focus on responsible AI, ethics, and governance to ensure safe, trusted solutions

Qualifications

2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
Experience applying AI-enabled approaches in enterprise transformation is a plus.
Familiarity with responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
Track GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases.
