Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help leading organizations innovate and reshape business and operating models. You will apply AI-enabled approaches to drive change and deliver measurable outcomes across diverse client projects.

You will lead enterprise-scale programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach colleagues, and contribute to business development while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of change and transformation leadership experience.
• Proven ability to shape change strategies and enterprise adoption plans.
• Experience measuring adoption and value realization, including KPIs.
• Ability to lead teams and coach on applying AI-enabled tools across the evolving workforce.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting shaping, sales, and client advisory conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines to sustain momentum.
• Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems; build leadership narratives and executive-ready recommendations.
• Oversee change execution at scale, including communications, training, readiness, and human-AI change adoption deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, impact assessments, RACI, governance).
• Lead high-performing teams, coach and develop talent, ensure delivery excellence, and support business development through proposals and client relationship growth.
