Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with process mining and automation tools/methods.
• Strong advisory skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.
• Experience with process mining and automation tools (UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, etc.).
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process diagnostics and automation workstreams for client projects.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
