Capgemini Invent in Dallas seeks a Manager/Sr. Manager for Intelligent Industry to lead digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. You will design and implement modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights and decisions across IT/OT.

This role bridges strategy, technology, and execution, turning future manufacturing visions into scalable, compliant solutions. You'll mentor teams, manage senior stakeholders, and develop proposals, RFPs, and end-to-end

Qualifications

8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
Strong MES, SCADA and automation platform expertise.
Proven problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
Team leadership, planning and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
Design and plan modern MES and digital manufacturing solutions.
Define IT/OT integration using ISA-95/88.
Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions end-to-end from design through execution.
Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
