Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proven application of DMAIC, Lean, value-stream mapping, statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, design of experiments, process capability, and/or control planning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate improvement opportunities into quantified operational and financial value.
• Experience across multiple functions in a global and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement: Apply DMAIC, Lean, and systems-thinking methods across functions.
• Simplify and standardize processes while protecting patient safety, quality, and compliance.
• Translate transformation objectives into clearly scoped improvement portfolios and measurable outcomes.
• Use data to drive decisions with baselines, analyses, root cause identification, and dashboards.
• Quantify and validate value with Finance and functional owners for productivity, cost, and quality outcomes.
• Design for the future by aligning with global templates, data standards, and automation capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions through workshops on ownership and dependencies.
• Enable adoption and sustainment with standard work and governance.
• Build organizational capability by coaching Green Belts and project teams.
• Provide transparent governance with concise updates to senior stakeholders.
