Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate or focused degree preferred in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant cross-functional improvement leadership in a global, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement using DMAIC, Lean, and systems-thinking methods across value streams.
• Simplify and standardize processes while protecting patient safety, quality, and continuity.
• Translate strategy into executable transformation portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Use data to drive decisions, establish baselines, analyze performance, and develop control plans.
• Quantify and validate value with finance partners across productivity, cost, cash, and quality metrics.
• Design future-state processes aligned with global templates and digital capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and clarify ownership, dependencies, and risks.
• Enable adoption and sustainment through standard work, governance, and training.
• Build organizational capability by coaching Green Belts and project teams.
• Provide transparent governance with concise updates to senior stakeholders.
