Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager, Global Cross-Border Process Lead to provide global process leadership for cross-border movement of clinical and development materials within the TDS network. This role defines standardized frameworks, governance for IOR/EOR, Incoterms, and trade documentation to enable compliant, efficient supply across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 6 years in supply chain, preferably logistics/operations.
• MBA or MS degree is a plus, APICS certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-border movements for R&D, establishing standardized end-to-end processes.
• Govern country-specific import/export requirements and align with global logistics standards.
• Maintain global country requirements database and translate into governance for IOR/EOR, Incoterms, duties, and trade docs.
• Collaborate with Tax, Regulatory, Quality, EH&S, and external partners to ensure compliant, cost-effective operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and digitization initiatives (e.g., Transcend SAP).

Education

Bachelor's degree; 6+ years supply chain experience

MBA/MS degree asset
