Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation to lead end-to-end ownership of global transportation processes and capabilities. Hybrid role with up to 20% travel, reporting to the Director of Global Transportation & 3PL/4PL Excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, operations or related functions.
• Experience leading complex global transformation, process deployment or operating-model initiatives across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and experience with 3PL/4PL or transportation service-provider operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes, governance and operational capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Global Process Ownership & Governance: Own and evolve assigned global transportation processes, standards and operating models.
• Transformation & Capability Deployment: Lead the operational integration and deployment of major global transportation transformation initiatives, including the Global Transportation Control Tower and future capabilities.
• Strategic Supplier & Ecosystem Integration: Partner with 3PL/4PL, technology and transportation providers to integrate external capabilities into global processes and operating models.
• Continuous Improvement & Future Transformation: support continuous improvement using performance insights, operational feedback and structured problem-solving.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a small team of transportation process and deployment subject matter experts and coordinate matrix resources across Transportation, Technology, Data, Procurement, regional teams, sites and external partners.
