Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, IM TranSCend Source, to own the Source process design within IM Supply Chain Procurement Excellence. You will lead global standardization, translate requirements into scalable processes, and ensure integration with planning, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.

You will guide data governance, lead testing and change management, and drive sustained adoption of a harmonized global template with measurable business value across a multi-year

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Professional certification in project management or related discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the Source process design and business requirements for global template.
Make design decisions within delegated authority and governance.
Define and maintain the Source capability roadmap with stakeholders.
Align procurement, planning, and finance to standardize processes.
Deliver high-quality business design with controls and data integrity from start.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive deployment, adoption, and measurable value.
