Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Global Cross-Border Process Lead to provide global process leadership for the cross-border movement of clinical and development materials within the TDS network. You will establish standardized processes, govern IOR/EOR models, Incoterms, and customs, ensuring compliance and cost-effective supply across global programs.

Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 6 years supply chain logistics experience.
MBA or MS is an asset; APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as Global Process Lead and BPO for R&D cross-border movements across end-to-end distribution network.
Govern country-specific import/export, customs, regulatory, quality, EH&S and other requirements; embed in network design.
Own and govern the global country-requirements database and supporting tools; translate into global logistics standards.
Develop lane-specific pathways integrating regulatory, operational, brokerage, fiscal and supply-continuity considerations.
Lead cross-functional governance with Tax, Quality, Regulatory, EH&S, Procurement and external logistics partners.
