Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience supporting procurement processes, systems, or digital enablement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of procurement technologies such as CLM, ERP, sourcing, pricing, or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Process Owners in the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Manage day-to-day activities related to procurement systems and enabling technologies, including enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of enterprise procurement platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, pricing, analytics, and related tools).
• Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.
• Assist in defining and tracking process performance metrics, system adoption, and value realization.
• Support process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives aligned to global procurement strategy.
• Contribute to change management, training, and communication efforts to drive user adoption and compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to support delivery, performance, and cost management.
