• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in communications and executive partnership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level content.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated communications for the global ISC, aligning employee, executive, digital and storytelling programs.
• Advise the Senior VP and Chief ISC Officer on leadership communications and external messaging.
• Translate ISC strategy and performance into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee employee engagement programs to strengthen culture, safety, quality and operational excellence.
