Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Transformation to translate enterprise priorities into executable plans across SBGs and corporate functions. You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and value realization, reporting to the VP Enterprise Transformation.

Based in Charlotte, Atlanta, or Houston, this hybrid role requires deep experience in enterprise transformation, stakeholder management, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise transformation or strategy execution initiatives.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional programs.
Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong communication and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligning with strategic priorities.
Define roadmaps, governance, and performance mechanisms across functions.
Translate priorities into local execution plans for SBGs and functions.
Identify barriers, mobilize resources, and accelerate delivery.
Provide executive-level visibility into performance and value realization.
