Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director Enterprise Transformation Leader to design, orchestrate, and accelerate large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with executives, translate strategy into roadmaps, and drive adoption of new processes and digital capabilities across the enterprise.

Reports to the VP Enterprise Transformation and operates on a hybrid basis from Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX.

Qualificações

• You must have 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or related disciplines.
• You have demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• You can influence executive stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional programs.
• You have a proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through strategic change.

Responsabilidades

• Define process transformation roadmaps aligning enterprise priorities with SBUs and functional needs.
• Establish governance for enterprise process transformation and maintain maturity views.
• Lead end-to-end workflow redesign across demand to outcome delivery.
• Drive governance, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration for delivery.
