You will partner with global teams to shape transformation storytelling and engagement across channels.

The role is hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC (also Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX) with 90-day onsite requirement and 100% onsite for first days.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of corporate communications experience supporting enterprise transformation.
• Experience developing global integrated communications strategies.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology topics clearly.
• Experience counseling senior leaders and creating executive communications.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute communications strategies for Digital & Enterprise Transformation initiatives.
• Create messaging, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, leadership materials and employee communications.
• Plan and execute change communications for significant transformation initiatives.
• Advise leaders on communications and develop executive communications.
• Identify and develop stories that demonstrate transformation progress and business value.
• Plan and execute employee and leadership engagement activities such as town halls and campaigns.
• Coordinate communications across teams and channels to ensure timely and aligned messaging.
• Measure communications effectiveness using feedback, analytics and AI tools.
