Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with multinational organizations.
• Experience implementing rapid operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs across key strategic, revenue, cost and working capital levers.

Responsibilities

• You will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.
• You will combine a strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial levers that will deliver client impact.
• As part of McKinsey Transformation, you will work across all industries and sectors on large-scale, cross-functional transformation covering a wide range of topics.
• You’ll collaborate directly with clients to solve problems, refine strategies, and create lasting transformations.
