Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Boston seeks a senior transformation professional to lead client workstreams and drive cross-functional impact. You will own a workstream solving major client challenges and leverage strategic, operational, and financial levers for measurable results.

You will apply McKinsey Transformation methodologies across industries, collaborating with clients to craft strategies that deliver lasting growth and leadership development within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred.
6+ years of experience with a progressive career trajectory and impact.
Experience in implementing rapid and successful operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs.
Ability to create work product-focused materials and outputs (PowerPoint decks, Excel models).
Demonstrated experience collaborating with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face.
Apply strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify levers delivering client impact.
Work across industries on large-scale, cross-functional transformation.
Collaborate directly with clients to solve problems and refine strategies for lasting transformations.
