Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks a seasoned transformation leader who will partner with clients to establish and run best-in-class transformation offices and performance infrastructures that drive enterprise-wide change.

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, milestones, and metrics, leveraging analytical tools for program management, risk management, and financial modeling. You will coach client teams and advance McKinsey methodologies across engagements.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record.
3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreams.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
Proven ability to work with and coach diverse teams across the organization.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to sustain performance through complex transformations.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Coach client teams and build trusted relationships while leveraging McKinsey tools to raise execution standards.
