You will own a workstream, identify levers across operations, finance, and growth, and apply McKinsey transformation tools to deliver measurable client results.

You will collaborate with clients across industries, help shape strategies, and drive sustainable, inclusive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with large multinationals or equivalent.
• Experience implementing operational turnarounds and growth programs across key levers.
• Ability to create work-product outputs (PowerPoint decks, Excel models, etc.).
• Proven ability to collaborate across all levels in an organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on short notice as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in varied environments.
