Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a client service professional to join a transformation-focused team in the United States. You will own a workstream, tackle tough challenges, and deliver measurable impact for leading clients.

You will blend strategic thinking with disciplined execution, applying McKinsey Transformation processes across industries to drive sustainable growth and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with large, multi-national companies/organizations, investment banking, private equity or restructuring consulting.
• Experience implementing rapid operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs across key levers (strategic, revenue, cost, working capital).
• Ability to create work-product materials (PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team and with all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work outside traditional hours.
