McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior professional to join a client service team in Connecticut, Darien, and guide a workstream through large-scale transformations. You’ll combine strategy with hands-on execution to unlock operational and financial levers that drive client impact.

You’ll collaborate across industries, apply McKinsey’s transformation methodologies, and work directly with clients to deliver lasting results while growing as a leader within a global firm.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience that includes a progressive career trajectory and outstanding professional impact in large, multinational contexts.
• Experience implementing rapid operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs across strategic levers, planning or P&L modeling.
• Ability to create work product materials such as PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and with all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work outside traditional hours when needed.
