Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with a track record of impact at large orgs or consulting.
• Experience implementing rapid operational turnarounds and growth programs.
• Ability to create work-product materials (PowerPoint, Excel, written deliverables).
• Able to collaborate across levels and work non-standard hours when needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and adapt to varying environments.
