McKinsey & Company seeks a senior-level professional to join a client service team and own a workstream, solving some of the toughest challenges clients face.

You will blend strategic insight with disciplined execution, applying transformation methodologies and leveraging tools, benchmarks, and workstreams across industries. Expect frequent collaboration with clients to drive durable, inclusive growth and lasting impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience with multinational companies/organizations, investment banking, private equity or restructuring consulting.
• Experience in implementing rapid and successful operational turnarounds and/or rapid growth programs across key strategic, revenue, cost and working capital levers, business planning or P&L modeling, working capital management, or 13-week cashflow preparation.
• Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment and working effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible
