Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with impact in large organizations.
• Experience in tech-enabled transformation of operational processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformational/capability-building in back office or frontline services.
• Ability to create work-product outputs (PowerPoint decks, Excel models) and synthesize insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster inclusion.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream within a client service team focused on solving operating model challenges.
• Develop future-proofed strategy for clients to improve customer and employee experiences end-to-end.
• Bring together research, data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to drive real change in back-office ops, customer experiences and field services.
