Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent & Learning to shape how lawyers develop in an AI-native environment. You will design programs that replace traditional apprenticeship with deliberate, client-owned development, and you will be among the first senior specialists in Harvey's Transformation Office.

You will help build our talent and learning offerings, partner with Engagement Managers and Practice Directors, and guide client engagements that define how Harvey advises the

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development for legal teams.
• Proven design of lawyer training and development programs.
• Deep understanding of how lawyers develop judgment and skill.
• Credibility with partners and in-house leadership.
• Experience building scalable training frameworks.
• Ability to drive transformation in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Design development models for lawyers and legal professionals across seniority and specialism.
• Create curricula, workshops and programs on practicing law with AI: fluency, judgment, verification, supervision.
• Engage leaders to align learning with partnership and GC decision-making.
• Define good looks like AI competence at each level and tie to reviews and promotions.
• Measure capability before/after and reinforce new habits as tech evolves.
• Build curricula, frameworks and diagnostics used by the Transformation Office.
• Join account teams and Practice Directors to tailor talent and learning engagements.
