Qualifications

• 5+ years in a legal innovation role at a top tier law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech organization.
• Strong point of view on the direction of AI transformation in law firms.
• Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs and the ability to translate between technical and legal/business audiences.
• Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight.
• Exceptional communication skills—written thought pieces, conference speaking, and executive advising.

Responsibilities

• Advise innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation and help design and execute AI strategies, including client AI policies and rollout programs.
• Support innovation leaders in advancing the frontier of firm and client collaboration.
• Contribute to firm efforts to innovate on the business of law.
• Advance Legal AI thought leadership through industry forums and analyses.
• Foster a thriving innovation and knowledge community across law firms and corporate teams.
