Harvey AI seeks a Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent & Learning to shape how legal professionals develop in an AI-native environment. You will design development models, curricula, and diagnostics to replace traditional apprenticeship with deliberate, customer-owned learning experiences.

• 10+ years in learning and development at a law firm or legal department, or building a lawyer training program.

Responsabilidades

• Design how lawyers develop in an AI-native team.
• Create curricula, workshops, and programs on practicing law with AI.
• Engage leaders to model decisions and reward desired behaviors.
• Define what good looks like for AI competence at each level.
• Measure capability before and after, reinforce new habits as tech evolves.
• Build curricula, frameworks, and diagnostics for Talent & Learning engagements.
• Join account teams and Practice Directors in early conversations.
