Harvey AI is reshaping how legal professionals learn and develop in an AI-native environment. You will design development programs for lawyers and legal teams, focusing on judgment, verification and client conversations, while ensuring curricula stay aligned with evolving AI tools.

You will help build our Transformation Office offering, partnering with Engagement Managers and Practice Directors in client engagements, shaping Harvey's future in talent and learning.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience leading learning and development at a law firm or legal dept.
• Deep craft in adult learning and instructional design for experts.
• Understanding of how lawyers develop, apprenticeship, and progression frameworks.
• Track record changing how skilled professionals work with reinforcement and measurement.
• Credibility with partners and leadership to inform decisions.
• Built programs and frameworks that others ran without you.
• Energy for building something new while the playbook is still being written.

Responsabilidades

• Design how lawyers develop in an AI-native team, with deliberate, customer-owned learning.
• Create curricula, workshops and programs for practicing law with AI: fluency and judgment.
• Engage leaders to align on decisions and reward pathways.
• Define good AI competence levels and link to reviews and promotions.
• Make programs stick by measuring capability and renewing content as tech changes.
• Build the offering with curricula, frameworks and diagnostics for engagements.
• Join practice directors and account teams on early conversations with customers.
