Harvey AI is redefining how legal and professional services develop talent through AI-native training and an enterprise-grade platform. As Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent & Learning, you will design programs that build lawyers’ judgment and fluency, and tailor offerings to client needs.

You’ll join Harvey’s Transformation Office as a senior specialist, shaping curricula, diagnostics, and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of learning and development at a law firm or legal department.
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design for professionals.
• Understanding of how lawyers develop, including apprenticeship and judgment.
• Proven track record of building training programs and frameworks.
• Credibility with partners and leadership to influence decision making.

Responsabilités

• Design development models for lawyers by seniority and specialty.
• Create curricula, workshops, and programs for practicing law with AI.
• Engage leaders to align partnership and GC decisions.
• Define good AI competence levels and tie to reviews and promotions.
• Make programs stick by measuring capability and refreshing content.
• Build curricula, frameworks, and diagnostics used by the Transformation Office.
• Participate in early client conversations with Practice Directors and accounts.
