Harvey is seeking a Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent & Learning to shape AI-native development for lawyers and legal teams. You will design curricula, frameworks, and diagnostics, working with Engagement Managers and Practice Directors to deliver talent initiatives.

With 10+ years in legal learning, you will influence partners and leadership, build scalable programs, and help Harvey define new standards as the Transformation Office grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience owning learning and development or professional development at a law firm or legal department, or launching a lawyer training program from the ground up.
• Deep craft in adult learning and instructional design for expert professionals.
• Understanding of how lawyers develop and progress within firms and how training aligns with CLE/CPD frameworks.
• Evidence of building programs and frameworks that others can run independently.
• Ability to build new initiatives while the playbook is being written.

Responsabilités

• Design development models for lawyers and legal professionals in an AI-native team.
• Create curricula, workshops, and programs on practicing law with AI, including fluency and judgment.
• Engage leadership and design for how partners and GCs make decisions.
• Define success metrics and progression expectations for AI competence at each level.
• Make programs stick by measuring capability and reinforcing new habits.
• Build the offering: curricula, frameworks, and diagnostics used by the Transformation Office.
• Participate in early conversations with Practice Directors and account teams.
