Harvey seeks a Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent Learning to shape how lawyers develop in an AI-native firm. You will design programs, curricula and development models, guiding client engagements led by our Engagement Managers and Practice Directors.

Role Overview

AI is removing much of the repetitive work through which lawyers have always learned and is changing how they work. Firms and legal departments now have to work out how lawyers build judgment, what competence means at each level and how to bring partners along as well as associates. As Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent Learning, you help them answer those questions. You have built and run lawyer development yourself, so customers trust you to design programs that fit how lawyers actually learn.You will be one of the first senior specialists in Harvey's Transformation Office. You will help build our talent and learning offering, bring that expertise to client engagements run by our Engagement Managers and join our Practice Directors when a customer has a specific need in talent and learning. What you learn will shape how Harvey advises the market and what we build next.
