Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years selling professional services to middle market and Fortune 1000, emphasis on ITO services.
• Track record of top performance and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience hunting new logo accounts via networking, outbound campaigns, and partner relationships.
• Ability to engage CIO discussions about technology and business needs.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, IT operations, cloud services, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and origination to build a robust pipeline.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs and other C‑suite leaders to drive advisory deals.
• Balance pursuing growth with price/value protection in proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with AI, risk and technology teams to incorporate innovative solutions in pursuits.
• Represent GT’s advisory approach to create market awareness and accelerate opportunities.
