Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years in solid waste/transfer station operations, with 2+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the transfer station, tipping floor, scale house, and recycling center.
• Assign staff and equipment based on workload and priorities; monitor productivity and performance.
• Oversee receipt, handling, transfer, and movement of waste and recyclables; ensure safety and compliance.
