Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC seeks a Transfer Station Operations Supervisor to lead daily high-volume operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient waste handling. You will supervise about eight employees, coordinate heavy equipment use, and partner with maintenance, driving performance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in industrial, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience overseeing a team in a fast-paced field or industrial environment.
• Experience with heavy equipment operations is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of budgets, operational reporting, and financial performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient daily operation of a high-volume transfer station.
• Supervise and schedule a team of roughly eight operations employees.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
