Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC seeks a Transfer Station Operations Supervisor to lead daily high-volume operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient waste handling. You will supervise about eight employees, coordinate heavy equipment use, and partner with maintenance, driving performance and excellent service.

The role emphasizes safety-first culture, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced waste processing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in industrial, logistics, or related operations.
Experience overseeing a team in a fast-paced field or industrial environment.
Experience with heavy equipment operations is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of budgets, operational reporting, and financial performance metrics.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, efficient daily operation of a high-volume transfer station.
Supervise and schedule a team of roughly eight operations employees.
Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance for equipment availability and reliability.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to meet service levels.
Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.
