Job summary

PwC is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to guide clients on transfer pricing matters and help establish pricing for intercompany transactions within our Tax Services practice. You will lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive client workstreams across planning, compliance, controversy support and documentation.

You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience; CPA or Bar or equivalent credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing workstreams from planning through final review.
• Advise on TP policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across client assignments.
• Coach team members on TP methods, tax research, and client service execution.
• Build client relationships and respond to international tax and TP questions.
• Identify planning opportunities and technology opportunities to strengthen delivery.
