Job summary

PwC in San Francisco is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to guide clients on intercompany pricing and navigate complex tax regulations. You will lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive client workstreams across planning, compliance, controversy support, and documentation.

You must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience; one of CPA or Bar or other credentials may qualify. Travel up to 20% and a range of benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing workstreams from planning to delivery and final review.
• Advise on TP policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across client assignments.
• Develop economic analyses, financial models, and supporting schedules.
• Review TP documentation, memos, and tax filings for accuracy.
• Coach team members on TP methods and client service execution.
• Build client relationships and respond to international tax/TP questions.
• Identify opportunities for planning and process improvements using technology.
