Job summary

PwC is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager in the United States to guide clients on transfer pricing matters and establish pricing for intercompany transactions. You will lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive client workstreams while applying sound judgment and using technology to support timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in transfer pricing.
• One of CPA, Bar, or other tax/finance credentials may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing workstreams from planning through final review.
• Advise on policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across client assignments.
• Develop economic analyses, financial models, and supporting schedules.
• Review TP documentation, memos, and tax filings for accuracy.
• Coach team members on TP methods and client service execution.
• Build client relationships and respond to international tax questions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and tech applications.
