Job summary

PwC in Minneapolis seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to guide clients on intercompany pricing and complex tax regulations. You will lead teams, coach staff, and drive cross-border client workstreams while delivering timely, high-quality results.

You will oversee TP projects, review deliverables, and apply robust methodologies across planning, compliance, controversy support, and documentation, enabling strategic growth for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar or other tax/finance credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
• Experience leading transfer pricing projects for multinational clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing workstreams from planning through delivery and final review.
• Advise on transfer pricing policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple client assignments.
• Guide teams in economic analyses, financial models, and supporting schedules.
• Review transfer pricing documentation, memos, and tax filings for accuracy.
• Coach team members on transfer pricing methods, tax research, and client service execution.
