Job summary

PwC in San Diego seeks a Transfer Pricing Manager to guide clients on intercompany pricing, tax regulations, and cross-border matters. You will lead teams, coach staff, and drive workstreams across planning, compliance, and documentation to deliver timely results.

You will review deliverables, identify opportunities to strengthen client service, and build relationships while applying sound judgment and leveraging technology to support complex transfer pricing analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• One of the following credentials may qualify: CPA, Bar admission, or other tax/finance credentials.

Responsibilities

• Leading transfer pricing workstreams from planning through delivery and final review.
• Advising on transfer pricing policies, documentation, and benchmarking for intercompany transactions.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple client assignments.
• Guiding teams in economic analyses, financial models, and schedules.
• Reviewing transfer pricing documentation, memos, and tax filings for accuracy and consistency.
• Coaching team members on transfer pricing methods and client service execution.
• Building client relationships and responding to questions on international tax issues.
• Identifying opportunities for planning, process improvements, and technology applications.
